I work with you to develop a comprehensive design plan for your renovation, including space planning and layout recommendations, as well as selections for materials, finishes, lighting, fixtures, and other design details.
I provide design guidance throughout the planning process and as questions arise during construction, while you and your contractor manage the construction, scheduling, purchasing, and day-to-day execution of the project.
The result is a clear design vision and thoughtful roadmap for your renovation—without the project management included in Full-Service Design.

The Design Blueprint service is for clients who want a designed space that is cohesive and considered and a clear plan to implement it on their own timeline.
I begin with an in-person site visit or virtual consultation to learn more about your space, style, and how you want it to function. From there, I create a cohesive design concept tailored to you, considering everything from layout and furnishings to finishes, color, and décor.
Your final Design Blueprint includes:
A curated mood board that establishes the overall look and feel of your space
A detailed space plan with recommended furniture placement and layout
Photorealistic renderings to help you visualize the completed design
A curated selection of furnishings, lighting, finishes, and décor
A complete product sourcing list with direct links to purchase each item
Guidance on how the individual selections work together to create a cohesive finished space and recommendations for installation and stying
With a comprehensive design plan, you’ll have a clear, actionable roadmap to confidently bring your space to life—at your own pace.
